BAKERSFIELD TRAILBLAZERS
MINUTES
DATE: 1-3-2024
PLACE: Senior Pepes
Meeting was called to order by President Jeremy Rowell @ 7:03pm.
INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS:
Guests introduced were William Sweet, Alex & Martha Lopez, Falynn Gonzalex & Andrew Hart.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with a motion from Dave, Second by Tami. Motion carried.
TREASURERS REPORT:
N/A
MEMBERSHIP REPORT:
No report
DELEGATE REPORT:
No Report
OLD BUSINESS:
Volunteers are still needed for Prospectors Crawl as well as trip leaders. Registration will be open in a couple of weeks. Porta Potties and lights are secured. Raffle prizes are still needed.
FUTURE RUNS:
East Mojave Trek, April 18-21, 2024, Goffs, CA. For further information contact Dave Hess.
Prospectors Crawl, April 5-7, 2024. For further information check out the website.
NEW BUSINESS:
CA4WDC Convention February 16-18, Visalia, CA. Discussion followed.
Election of Officers is coming up. Jeremy explained the function of each position. Suggested if you are interested, you may want to talk to current officers.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned @8:08pm with a motion by Tami, second by Kyle. Motion carried.
