Meeting was called to order by President Jeremy Rowell @7:03pm.

INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS:
Guest introduced was Will Sweet

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with a motion from Tami, second by Ken. Motion carried.

TREASURES REPORT:
Treasurers report was tabled until the next meeting. Dave Hess was not present.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT:
No Report

OLD BUSINESS:
Christmas Party to be held at the home of Jeremy & Tami Rowell on 12/16/2023 @6:30pm. Dinner will be a potluck. White elephant gift exchange. Please bring chairs. Discussion followed.
Prospectors Crawl is coming together. Trailblazers placed an ad for the event in the CORVA magazine. Volunteers are still needed for the event. There were several discussions about increasing registration prices and meals, possibility of a poker run. Jeremy suggested everyone get their reservations in early for camp sites.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy asked for suggestions for trip runs for 2024. He will begin putting together a tentative schedule.

TRIP REPORTS:
The Club had 8 vehicles in the Veterans Day Parade. The Ladies run went well. There were several other reports given.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The Club lost another member. Jerri Curtis, wife of Gene Curtis passed away last month. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned @7:56pm with a motion by Kyle, second by Tami. Motion carried
