BAKERSFIELD TRAILBLAZERS
MINUTES
DATE: 11-1-2023
PLACE: Seniors Pepe’s
Meeting was called to order by Vice-President Kirk Oberg @ 7:04.
INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS:
Guests introduced were: Joe Hernandez and Joe Dooley.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with a motion from Ken, second by Justin. Motion carried.
MEMBERSHIP REPORT:
No Report
DELEGATE REPORT:
Delegate report from the Central District Meeting was discussed.
OLD BUSINESS:
Christmas Party will be held at the home of Jeremy and Tami. Dinner will be a potluck. Tami has the sign up sheet. There will be a white elephant gift exchange. Man for man, woman for woman, $20.00 limit.
Due to a conflict the Ladies Run was moved to 12-02-2023.
Due to a lack of attendance from the Supervisors, the OHV meeting was cancelled. The public however, was allowed to give comments.
Jen spoke about the Veterans Day Parade. Contact her if you are interested.
NEW BUSINESS:
Mcgivers trail is being repaired. Might need a work run.
Christmas lights run possible. Tentative date of 12-22-2023
TRIP REPORTS:
There were several trip reports given.
UP COMING RUNS:
Ladies Run 12-02-2023, Veteran’s Day Parade 11-11-2023.
Next meeting will be 12-06-2023.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:47 with a motion by Jen, seconded by Kyle. Motion carried.
