MINUTES

Meeting was called to order by President Jeremy Rowell @ 7:08pm

INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS:
Guests introduced were: Ron Imhoof, Nathan Anderson, Ron & Louise Brummett, Mathew Ames, Ryan Mayfield, Melissa Mayfield, Joshua Maxwell, Jaime Visache.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved motion from Ken, second by Justin. Motion carried.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT:
The Trailblazers welcomed Jaime Visache into the Club.


DELEGATE REPORT:
There was a long discussion about the delegates report.

OLD BUSINESS:
Central District Meeting, hosted by the Trailblazers, will be held October 7, 2023, at the Broken Yolk.
The Veterans Day Parade entry fee is $100.00. Jen moved, Kyle second the Club pay the entry fee.
Motion carried. There is a ten- vehicle limit. More information to follow.

NEW BUSINESS:
Club flags have been ordered. Windshield banners are available. Dates for the Christmas party were discussed. December 15, 2023, was decided on.

TRIP REPORTS:
There were several trip reports given.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned with a motion by Jen, second by Kyle.
