MINUTES

Meeting was called to order by President Jeremy Rowell @ 7:06pm.

INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS:
Guests introduced were: Ron & Louise Brummett, Andrew Hart, Zack Bittle, Patty Rojas.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with a motion by Travis, second by Ken. Motion carried.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT:
No report was made.


OLD BUSINESS:
Central District meeting to be held @ Broken Yolk 10/7/2023. Trailblazers are hosting the meeting.
Jeremy moved, Dave seconded we add Marlin & Christine Czajkowski to our honorary membership. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jeremy suggested the club may want to reconsider who we make donations to. We should consider where we can get the best bang for our buck. More discussion to follow.
The membership discussed the possibility of flags for our vehicles. Further discussion was tabled until the next meeting.

TRIP REPORTS:
There were several reports given.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned @8:21pm with a motion by Tami, second by Travis. Motion carried.
