BAKERSFIELD TRAILBLAZERS
MINUTES
DATE: 3-1-2023
PLACE: Senior Pepe’s
Meeting was called to order by President Jeremy Rowell @7:03
INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS:
Guests introduced were: Steve Franetovich, Steve Franetovich the 3rd, Noelle Penner, and Kristen Baker.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with a motion by Travis, second by Tami. Motion carried.
MEMBERSHIP REPORT:
No report
NEW BUSINESS:
No New Business
OLD BUSINESS:
Sawyer training-date to TBD, CPR training 3-19-2023 any questions contact Jeremy. Convention, the Trailblazers received the Douglas Sinclair State Membership Development Award. Calico 2023, everything is falling into place. Taco Truck has been confirmed. Runs are filling up. Raffle is looking good. Campsites are sold out. Overflow camping is available as well as are hotel rooms.
TRIP REPORTS:
There were several trip reports given.
FUTURE RUNS:
Dates for Miller opening will depend on weather conditions. Imperial Sand Dunes 3-6-10-2023. Contact Dave Hess for more information.
There being no further business, Kyle moved, Tami second to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned @7:49.
