Johnson Valley, Travis said Saturday was a blur. Enjoyed the desert with friends. Sunday left early, was home by noon.

CALICO REPORT:
Jeremy reported Calico 2020 is in the books. The next event will be April 10, 2021. Spaces are moving for camping, reserve now. Calico will be lighter this year. It’s going to be a tough turn around. We will make the best of the situation.
It was a good format for 2020, use the same format for 2021. Everyone had a great time even with the changes.

OCEANO DUNES:
Open only to street legal vehicles only. There is still a long battle ahead. We need people out there.

LOS PADRES:
Received an email from Los Padres requesting our help to shore up the staging area on Miller/Lockwood trail. Work to be done 12/12/2020.

RUSS CHUNG, STATE TREASURER:
Russ Chung gave a detailed report about the Financial State of the Association. Because of Covid several of the CA4WDC events have been cancelled. It has put a big strain on the budget. There was a question and answer period after his presentation. Jeremy encouraged everyone to order more tickets for the raffle jeep.

JIM BRAMHAM:
Jim told the members that a committee has been created to see how CA4WDC can protect themselves and still have SxS participate in our events. If we don’t have the proper insurance, it will be difficult to get permits for an event.
