Jeremy opened meeting with welcome greeting and appreciation for meeting attendance and with introductions of 1 visitor, Greg from Porterville, and 1 new member, Kirk.

Ryan Bald Mtn High Sierra Run 7 Kaiser Pass, Ducey; Sunday – Easy run, fun campfire at night w/couple of newbies
Jeremy Broken axle in another club, but no other major breaks
Chris/Meliton Bld Mtn High Sierra Run Buck Rock lookout 8,500’ offers great view; Triple Diamond run has some tough obstacles towards the end; clutch came apart but 9000 Smittyville winch handled it

New Business:
1. Shirts: Contact Jeremy for available shirts.
2. First Aid Kit Update: Jen made motion to replace expired meds in First Aid Kit. Motion passed with Mariah to handle.
3. Nightmare Gultch Update: Letter is currently in process. Contact Jean Fuller for letter contact info.
4. Panamint Valley: Run scheduled for November 9 – 11, info available.
5. Veteran’s Parade: Scheduled for November 12.

Old Business:

1. Appropriation of funds: Request by Joe to consider partial funds to sponsor Stewards of the Sequoias membership(s). Jeremy has confirmed that all Trailblazer members are currently members of Stewards of the Sequoias so no funds are required at this time.
2. Sherman Trail: Is currently open.

Ideas for Next Year:

1. China Gardens: Possibility it can reopen in a Gate Keeper style
2. Possible Moab Trip: General duration 1 week. Not during annual Easter Jeep Safari event due to overcrowding. Suggested dates, September 27 through October 6, 2019.
