Meeting was called to order by President Jeremy Rowell @ 7:06 pm.

INTRODUCTION OF GUESTS:
Guests introduced were Terry & Lorrie Morris & Shane Smith.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved with a motion by William, second by Ken. Motion carried.

TREASURERS REPORT:
Dave gave his report. Discussion followed.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT:
No Report

OLD BUSINESS:
Prospectors Crawl has 220 vehicles registered. 322 dinners sold. Participants must sign a waiver to receive a ribbon. No signature on waiver, no ribbon, no run. No alcohol will be allowed on the run.

NEW BUSINESS:
There was no new business.

TRIP REPORTS:
There were several trip reports given.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned @ 7:40pm with a motion to adjourn by Kyle, seconded by Dave. Motion carried.
