Meeting Minutes

The meeting of the Bakersfield Trailblazers was called to order at the Crest Restaurant at 7:30 PM.

Guest:  Dennis Harris – Wrangler ‘99

MINUTES:

There were no minutes because Jerri is in the hospital with a broken Hip. Defer until the next meeting.

TREASURERS REPORT:

Beginning balance of: $ 4,427.04.  Deposits of $ 310.08  Expenses of $ 7.00 Ending Balance of: $ 4,730.12.

TRIP REPORTS:

1) Black Gulch – Mayflower to Bradshaw – 3 vehicles Jess took pictures. Planted signs, trees

2) Miller – Brian Glas??? And 3 vehicles ran Miller

3) Jon is not going to be in charge of Miller any longer.  He has been having a lot of trouble getting a response from the service

OLD BUSINESS

Dues:  Everyone’s dues are late!  Don’t make Sandy call you, mail them today.  They must be sent by the end of the month.

NEW BUSINESS

Convention 2011 Car Show – The central district is asking if the Trailblazers will run the Car show.  We need to decide at the next meeting so Randy can report at the Central District Meeting the next Saturday.

V. President to set up the Runs and Dates for Trip of the Month and publish by the next month.

Jerri Curtis broke her hip on Memorial Day.  The club wants to send flowers.

We don’t have a progress report on Jeff Mulkey this month.  Keep He and his family in your prayers.

Richard is going to Swamp Aug 6^th – 8^th

Richard Gauthier and Eric Guy are opening a Full Auto and 4WD Service Repair Business on Buck Owens next to Valley Cycle.

Sandy made a motion that we adjourn the meeting, Jon seconded and the meeting was adjourned at 8:20 PM.
